SPORTS FACILITIES

With a vision to enhance the all round personality of the students, CEC, Jhanjeri, Mohali pays equal attention to sports and fitness. It constantly strives to see that the students grow intellectually as well as physically. They are regularly motivated to participate in inter & intra-college tournaments. Sports competitions and tournaments are organized by the affiliating Universities and students are encouraged to participate. The CEC campus is well equipped with Basketball Hard Courts, Badminton, Cricket Ground, Volley Ball Court, Table Tennis, Weightlifting, Body Building facilities and other fitness activities.

Safe & Secure Campus

The safety of the students and staff is the prime concern of CEC Jhanjeri. Therefore, we have embodied full-fledged systems, facilities and a dedicated security team, who is committed to the highest standards of service, to respond to emergencies. No one is allowed to enter the campus without checking. The entire campus is monitored and supervised by our security officers 24*7 to ensure the highest safety of our students and staff.

GYM

Since health and fitness of students and employees is an important aspect, CEC provides a state-of-the-art gymnasium facility which is fully-equipped with latest equipment’s and facilities. A whole range of Gym Equipment which includes tread mill, Elliptical Trailer, upright Bike, MG Series Butterfly, Cable Cross, Lat Pull down, Long pull, Horizontal Leg Cult, Leg Extension, Sterling Series Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curl, Seated Calf Raise, Multi Hyper Extension, Multi Adjustable Inclined Bench, Dumbbell Rack, Multi Abs Bench, Olympic Flat Bench, If Series Squat Stand, Pulse Fitness TPU Olympic Plates & Dumbbells etc. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to guide the students for exercises, healthy living and a healthy diet.

RESTAURANT

CEC Inaugurated its exclusive “Restaurant” for distinguish who regularly visit for Placement Drives, Workshops, Seminars, Symposiums etc. After seeing the Restaurant, the one work which comes to mind is “Grand”. The ambiance is fabulous and the decor is quite unique with short wooden tables resembling rustic furniture made from tree trunks. With exclusive interiors and amazing lighting, comfortable chairs run down the space, it has the dazzling gold of the ceiling lamps shining off the gloss of the wooden tables. Well planned seating areas help you to relax and enjoy the flavors of food.

CANTEEN AND CAFETERIAS

CEC, Jhanjeri, Mohali provides the facility of a well-structured and clean canteen that caters to the taste and health of all the students. Canteen conveniently accommodates around 500 students at a time. The canteen has been equipped with modern furniture and automatic cooking and storage facilities, which offers hot lunch, snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. It is well maintained with an efficient service and take away counter. It serves a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Multi flavored beverages are served according to the seasons.

AUDITORIUM

CEC Jhanjeri Auditorium/ Theater is a state of the art air-conditioned (A/C) auditorium/ Theater with a seating capacity of 600 + and designed to handle acoustics technically well. It is equipped with audio-visual facilities and is apt for all major functions. The aesthetically designed Auditorium is a classic mixture of old and contemporary Indian architecture. It provides a perfect ambience for holding national and international scientific, industrial and cultural meets.

STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES

In order to provide round the clock medical services to the students and staff and also to attend to unforeseen medical emergencies, CEC has a highly trained medical facility on it’s campus. Main features include:
24 Hours Medical Care availability.
Free Medicines to Students & Staff from the college dispensary.CEC has a tie up with surrounding hospitals including Fortis Hospital and Ivy Hospital, Mohali for concessional consultancy, tests and treatment.To deal with emergency cases, college transport is available round the clock to carry the patients for treatment at surrounding hospitals.
