The Grievance Redressal Committee of CEC Jhanjeri is a crucial body that addresses the concerns and grievances of students and faculty members. Objectives

  • Investigates Concerns: The committee looks into problems raised by students, teachers, and other staff members (teaching and non-teaching staff)
  • Resolves Issues: It deals with complaints on an individual basis, for entire classes, and for issues that affect everyone (grievances of common interest)
  • Reviews Decisions: The committee also considers appeals of decisions made by other committees or authorities within the organization
  • Tracks and Addresses Problems: They keep a record of all grievances (maintain a register) and regularly review them to take corrective action (remedial action) when needed
  • Escalates Serious Matters: If a problem is outside the committee's authority to fix, it gets forwarded to management for further action
